We purchased as principals this 375 acre parcel for $30 million cash, the largest commercial real estate land transaction in the history of the State of Georgia. We land planned and rezoned the property, built and expanded a 5-mile road network and oversaw the marketing of individual sites. Over 1.5 million square feet of office, 850 apartments and 1 million square feet of retail now occupy the site.
