COMPANY OVERVIEW

Pine Street, a real estate advisory and transaction services firm, is lead by Gus Adams and Chuck Perry, two partners with a combined fifty years plus experience involving virtually all property types, but with a current focus on the sale, capitalization and recapitalization of upscale residential and resort community developments.  We serve only a small number of clients at any one time.  Having focused on these areas of real estate development business for over twenty years, we also have access to a network of specialist on other disciplines such as land planning, operations management, golf course design, clubhouse and residential architecture, marketing, legal and finance.

Pine Street's Area of Expertise

As stated above, even though the principals of Pine Street have been involved in a variety of capacities with virtually every real estate property type, we now focus our expertise and energy in six specific real estate sectors:

  • Upscale residential and resort community developments

  •

  • Recreational and second home developments with hotel,         commercial or retail elements augmented by golf, marina, swim/tennis, spa, skiing, and other related amenities.

  •

  • Mixed-use developments where elements include residential, hotel, office, industrial, or retail components.

  •

  • Landowner representation on land planning, zoning, entitlements, and pre-developments activities.  Pine Street becomes the surrogate developer for the landowner.

  •

  • Purchaser representation on complex 1031 tax exchanges.

  •
