The assignment was to convey a 50% interest in the Marsh Landing at Sawgrass community in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The developers desired to maintain control of the project and retained us to secure a passive investor to monetize a portion of their dormant equity.

Accomplishment:
A $17.0 million equity investment was placed five months after the assignment commenced.
