Pine Street was retained to prepare a site analysis and land assessment on approximately 94 acres of land surrounding the 18 hole golf course. Preliminary land use studies were prepared, access alternatives were analyzed and the potential for a conservation easement on a portion of the property was studied.  The Board's ultimate objective is to raise capital through the sale of this land for club improvements.
